Examinations at Alpha Plus

Recognised qualifications for your future.

As a licenced examination centre, we conduct two central examinations on behalf of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees; the German test for immigrants (DTZ) and the Life in Germany„ test (LID). This officially completes your integration courses and fulfils important requirements for a residence permit or German citizenship.

German test for immigrants (DTZ)

The DTZ is the official final examination for integration courses.

According to new BAMF regulations, only possible after attending the orientation course

Language level A2-B1

Participation for our course participants (registration no later than 2-3 weeks before the exam date)

Costs 160.00 € for self-payers; free of charge for participants with cost exemption

We only take on the supervision and realisation. The evaluation and certification are carried out externally and take 3 weeks. DTZ certificates are sent as a PDF file by e-mail; LID certificates must be collected from our office.

Duration: max. 60 minutes

Scope: 33 questions on politics, history and cultural diversity

Participation: only for participants of our orientation courses
